    Review of Employee Costs, Structure, & Compensation
  • Analysis of costs involved in hiring employees including payroll taxes and mandated and discretionary insurance plans. Assistance with determining appropriate employment status and compensation structure to maximize company profitability. Advise on final determination of appropriate wage structure, amount of cash compensation, and profile of employee benefit packages.

    Workers' Comp Insurance
  • Introduction to insurance broker with assistance in providing information necessary to obtain competitive quotes. Analysis of plan design and integration with payroll.

    Payroll Set-up
  • Assistance with selection of payroll processing company, determination of payroll package, and design of additional features such as benefit accrual set-ups and customized reports as needed.

    New Employee Hiring Process
  • Provide guidance and training on appropriate steps to follow for establishing an appropriate hiring process. Assistance with setting up background checks, drug and/or medical screening, personality testing, etc.

    New Employee Packets
  • Develop customized forms applicable to your company which may include: new employee checklist, employment application, employee action form, employee data sheet, EEOC data collection form, direct deposit authorization, employer property return agreement, employee timesheets, etc. Provide copies of necessary federal and state employment forms that need to be provided to new hires to include: I-9, W-4, EDD pamphlets, workers' comp. pamphlet, sexual harassment information sheet, etc. Provide federal and state required poster sets.

    Employee Offer Letters
  • Draft customized offer or employment letter detailing terms and conditions of employment for each employee. We can also develop a template for you to customize yourselves for each new hire.

    Job Descriptions
  • Draft customized job description for each job classification including general description, primary job duties, collateral duties, skill requirements, exempt/non-exempt status.
