This position is offering the opportunity to expand the role and influence of the HR function. The ideal candidate must be a pro-active leader with experience with mergers & acquisitions. The candidate must possess a results-driven approach, strong organizational skills, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Must have a minimum of 20 years broad HR experience including payroll and HRMS systems, recruiting, compensation, training and career development. Degree in organizational development preferred.
