    How it works:
  • HR Account Manager - One of our expert HR consultants will be assigned to your company. This person will:
  • be present on-site in your offices on a regularly scheduled basis;
  • be available by phone, cell, fax, and email when not on-site;
  • perform some tasks out of our offices when doing so would be more efficient, would represent a time savings, would ensure greater confidentiality, and/or when requested by you.
  • Vantaggio's Consulting Staff - In the event of an emergency, at least one of our other HR Consultants will be available to assist you at all times.
  • Not Employee Leasing- Unlike Professional Employer Organizations (PEO's), we do not enter into "joint employment" status with your employees. They remain employed by your company, and you retain full control over all aspects of the employment relationship.

  • Input payroll data and transmittal to payroll company
  • Processing of all special payroll: bonuses, commissions, manual checks, etc.
