Affordable Options for Hiring the Right Candidate
Companies of all sizes need to attract and retain quality employees. In our work as consultants to a variety of industries, we come across applicants with very diverse career paths, from sales representatives in the service industry, to executives in high-tech firms. Our recruiting services are designed to locate qualified candidates for our clients at affordable rates.

Hourly Recruiting Services
- We invoice our clients for the actual time spent developing a candidate profile and conducting a search based upon that profile on an hourly fee basis. The costs for any advertising, such as newspaper or web ads, are paid for directly by the client. With this option, our weekly invoices are due and payable in accordance with our standard terms, independent from the search results.
Client may seek our assistance in some or all of the following: developing hiring profiles, drafting job descriptions, drafting and placing ads, collecting and screening resumes, phone interviews, in-person interviews, reference checks, follow-up interviews, personality and/or skills testing, final candidate selection, drafting offer letters, coordinating criminal background checks and drug tests,
and processing of new hire paperwork.

Retained Search
- We charge our clients a flat 20% placement fee (minimum of $4,000) calculated on the total gross compensation to be earned by the candidate during his/her first 12-month period of employment. Vantaggio HR assumes responsibility for all advertising costs. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time we are engaged to start the recruiting project. The balance only becomes payable when you engage a candidate that has been referred to you directly or indirectly by Vantaggio HR.
Our retained search placements come with a one-month guarantee. A retained search includes the following services: drafting and placing ads, collecting and screening resumes, preliminary interviews, reference checks, and extending verbal offers. For an additional fee, we can provide assistance with drafting job descriptions, on-site interviews or meetings, personality or skills testing; drafting offer letters; coordinating criminal background checks and drug tests, and processing of new hire paperwork.
